The Okura Residents Association exists to support the environmental restoration of the area and to help the lot owners meet the Management Plan requirements.
The guiding principles are:
to create a peaceful place to live where Members are considerate of each other
with a co-ordinated, cohesive approach in undertaking environmental restoration and maintenance of the area
while having as few compulsory commitments on members as possible, but with opportunities for involvement where desired.
The Residents Association has a Constitution, which is a formal document as required by law. The Association can make Bylaws, if needed, for meeting its aims.
